IMA Payment/Refund Policies

Payment of Fees
Payment is due at the time of registration and can be paid by using a credit/debit card, a valid purchase order, or payment by check. Please note that your registration is not final until the credit card transaction is complete, your check has cleared or we receive a copy of a valid purchase order.

If you need to be billed for the course, we require a valid purchase order within five days of registration. Please contact us to make arrangements. If you do not submit a purchase order and you are requesting that we invoice you, you agree to assume full responsibility for payment. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.  Your registration is complete once payment is received and cleared.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please contact us. Registrants who find it necessary to cancel will receive a refund, less a processing fee (25% of the cost of the program).  Sorry, no refunds within two weeks of the start date of any of our courses.

IMA reserves the right to cancel the event if sufficient enrollment is not met or in the case of other unforeseen circumstances. In doing so, IMA liability is limited to the registration fee, which will be fully refunded or, if the client so chooses, may be applied toward a future or rescheduled program.

Course Transfer Policy
Registrants who cancel less than two weeks before first day of training may transfer their registration to a later conference upon payment of a rescheduling fee  (25% of the cost of the program). Request for rescheduling must be received within 14 days following original start date.  To receive a refund, you must contact us and submit written notification 14 days  prior to the event start date.

Non-refundable Deposits
When registrants pay a non-refundable deposit to secure a seat in a particular class, that seat has been reserved until the final payment is due.  Under no circumstances will a refund be given or a deposit be transferred to another class.
